    amazing strolls near the eiffel tower and champ de mars

    Staying here was a joy, especially with easy walks to iconic spots like the Eiffel Tower and the lush Champ de Mars right around the corner. The staff's warm and friendly demeanor. The only downside was some trouble with the air conditioning, but it didn't overshadow my wonderful experience in the city.

    The room was good-sized and nicely decorated. I loved the location. It was about a 10-minute walk to a metro stop, easy to get around. Walking by the river with the Eiffel Tower in sight was a nice touch. Our shower didn't hook to the wall on the first night, so we had to switch rooms. When we returned late one night, the bed was stripped, and we found out there were no cleaners available, so we had to make the beds ourselves. Not the 5-star experience I expected. The breakfast was also disappointing. The coffee was terrible, and the pastries tasted old. For 25 euros, it felt overpriced. Accessing Wi-Fi was nearly impossible. But the staff remained polite and courteous, always willing to help. The room size was perfect for our family, especially with a baby. Just wish there were more consistent quality and maintenance across the board.

    Very good and tastefully furnished room.

    The service is not a 5 star hotel. Problems with the technology could not be solved by the staff. It was necessary to make several calls before anyone even took up the topic.

    I stayed here for a week and I was very impressed by the level of service and friendliness of staff. I was even picked up by a driver from the airport (on request) and was always given helpful advice on places to go from staff. I would definitely stay here again. A very clean, comfortable and luxurious place to stay. A very memorable and wonderful holiday!
